I taught environmental science and special education at Saint-Denis Primary School, Saint-Denis. I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Fernandez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Fernandez: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
