Ms. Edwards
English literature teacher at Half-Way Tree Grammar School, 2017 to 2025
- 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
- Half-Way Tree Grammar School
- 2017 to 2025
- English, French
I taught English literature at Half-Way Tree Grammar School in Half-Way Tree from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Edwards
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Edwards: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
