Ms. Duran
Home economics teacher at Elmwood Grammar School, 2008 to 2017

I taught home economics and early years at Elmwood Grammar School, Greensboro. I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 160 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Duran
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Duran: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
