Ms. Duarte
Social studies and drama teacher, Columbus
- 🇺🇸 Columbus, Ohio, United States
- Columbus Grammar School
- Since 1994
- English, Spanish
For 32 years I have been the social studies teacher at Columbus Grammar School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Duarte: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
