Ms. Du
Special education and music teacher, San Diego

- Orchid Girls' School
- 1981 to 2005
- English, Mandarin
Orchid Girls' School was my second home. I taught special education there from 1981 to 2005, mostly Grade 11.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Du
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Du: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
