Ms. Doshi
Physical education and mathematics teacher, Varanasi
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Varanasi Secondary School
- Since 2000
- English, Gujarati
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Doshi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me physical education in 2008 at Varanasi Secondary School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
