For 44 years I have been the geography teacher at Hồ Chí Minh City Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
What gifts mean to Ms. Diep: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
