I taught history at Jodhpur Technical College in Jodhpur from 1982 to 2010. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
What gifts mean to Ms. Desai: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me history in 1989 at Jodhpur Technical College. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
