Ms. De Silva
13 years teaching music in Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Middle School
- Since 1991
- English, Sinhala
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.

What gifts mean to Ms. De Silva: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
