Ms. Das
Religious studies and mathematics teacher, Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- 1991 to 2016
- English
For 25 years I was the religious studies teacher at Dhaka Girls' School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ms. Das
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I'm a pilot now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Thessaloniki.
