I teach French at Hope Academy in Lagos since 2001. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Danjuma
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
