Ms. Cox
Social studies and mathematics teacher, Baton Rouge
- 🇺🇸 Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States
- Baton Rouge Academy
- Since 2005
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Cox
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember that terrible school play.

What gifts mean to Ms. Cox: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me social studies in 2022 at Baton Rouge Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
