Ms. Cooper
Retired statistics teacher from Oakwood Academy
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- 2004 to 2023
- English
I taught statistics at Oakwood Academy in Sacramento from 2004 to 2023. Most days I taught first-year students, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 860 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Cooper
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Cooper: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
