For 20 years I have been the music teacher at Corpus Christi Technical College. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Contreras
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I failed music twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Eugene.
