Ms. Coker
Teacher at Eastgate Academy, loves English literature
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Eastgate Academy
- Since 1987
- English
For 39 years I have been the English literature teacher at Eastgate Academy. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Coker
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Ms. Coker: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me English literature in 1997 at Eastgate Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
