Ms. Cloete
Retired early years teacher from Cape Town Grammar School
- 🇿🇦 Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Cape Town Grammar School
- 1987 to 2010
- English, Afrikaans
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Cloete
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Ms. Cloete: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
