Ms. Chetty
25 years teaching mathematics in Ekurhuleni
- 🇿🇦 Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, South Africa
- Orchid Grammar School
- 1990 to 2025
- English, Zulu
I taught mathematics and music at Orchid Grammar School, Ekurhuleni. My door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 1,330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Chetty
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me mathematics in 2024 at Orchid Grammar School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
