Ms. Chen
Art and geography teacher, Austin
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Sunrise Academy
- 1979 to 2002
- English
For 23 years I was the art teacher at Sunrise Academy. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Chen
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Chen: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
