I teach French at London Secondary School in London since 1991. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 1,300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Chavez
If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Ms. Chavez: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
