I taught French at Thiruvananthapuram High School in Thiruvananthapuram from 1980 to 2011. Most days I taught primary school children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
