For 28 years I have been the home economics teacher at Valley View Technical College. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Castro
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me home economics in 2004 at Valley View Technical College. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
