I teach social studies at San Jose Secondary School in San Jose since 1999. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I learn every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
More about Ms. Castillo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
