I taught religious studies at Stonebridge Technical College in San Francisco from 1985 to 2001. Most days I taught Grade 8, and my door was open at lunch.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
