Ms. Carlson
Teacher at Hillcrest Boys' School, loves environmental science

I teach environmental science at Hillcrest Boys' School in Birmingham since 1984. Most days I teach first-year students, and I never turn anyone away.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Carlson: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
