Ms. Can
Drama and statistics teacher, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Since 2016
- English, Turkish
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Can
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me drama in 2021 at Istanbul Academy. I still remember the rainy sports day! Truly.
