I taught Spanish at San Jose Boys' School in San Jose from 1990 to 2016. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
