Ms. Byrd
Taught special education at Eastgate Secondary School
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Eastgate Secondary School
- 2002 to 2016
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Byrd
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me special education in 2009 at Eastgate Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
