I teach accounting and geography at Summit Middle School, Nice. I learn every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
