Ms. Bowers
History and biology teacher, New York
- 🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States
- Atlas Girls' School
- Since 2006
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to Ms. Bowers: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me history in 2012 at Atlas Girls' School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
