Ms. Borges
25 years teaching home economics in Guarulhos
- 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Guarulhos Middle School
- 2008 to 2025
- English
For 17 years I was the home economics teacher at Guarulhos Middle School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ms. Borges
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Borges: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me home economics in 2016 at Guarulhos Middle School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays
