Ms. Booker
30 years teaching art in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Academy
- 2011 to 2024
- English
I taught art at Los Angeles Academy in Los Angeles from 2011 to 2024. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Booker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I failed art twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Cincinnati.
