Ms. Boateng
Retired history teacher from Unity Middle School
- 🇬🇭 Kumasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- Unity Middle School
- 1983 to 2013
- English
For 30 years I was the history teacher at Unity Middle School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Boateng
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Boateng: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
