I taught history at Hope Academy in Pune from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught first-year students, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
What gifts mean to Ms. Bhavsar: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
