I teach drama at Lincoln Middle School in Bhopal since 1980. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 2,670 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Bhat
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Bhat: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
