Ms. Bennett
Social studies and economics teacher, Fresno
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Lotus High School
- Since 1978
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 48 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Bennett
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 1978. I remember you. Greetings from Ciudad de México.

You taught me social studies in 1991 at Lotus High School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won
