Ms. Benítez
37 years teaching economics in Louisville
- 🇺🇸 Louisville, Kentucky, United States
- Jacaranda Public School
- 1988 to 2012
- English
For 24 years I was the economics teacher at Jacaranda Public School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ms. Benítez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
