For twelve years I have been the environmental science teacher at Hillcrest Public School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Benítez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Benítez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
