I taught English literature at Fairview Boys' School in Gatineau from 2008 to 2018. Most days I taught teenagers, and I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Benali
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
