I taught religious studies at London Girls' School in London from 1993 to 2006. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Bell: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
