Ms. Begum
Mathematics and computer science teacher, Thrissur
- 🇮🇳 Thrissur, Kerala, India
- 1991 to 2022
- English
I taught mathematics at Harmony Grammar School in Thrissur from 1991 to 2022. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I played music while people worked.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Begum
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Begum: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
