For 44 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Gazipur Boys' School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Begum
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Begum: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
