I taught physical education and special education at Cologne Secondary School, Cologne. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Bauer
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
