Ms. Başaran

37 years teaching home economics in Rotterdam

  • 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
  • Rotterdam Middle School
  • Since 1993
  • Dutch
For 33 years I have been the home economics teacher at Rotterdam Middle School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 1,950 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Ms. Başaran

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
