I taught mathematics at Parkside Secondary School in Houston from 1989 to 2024. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
