Ms. Baig
Drama and early years teacher, Lahore
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Mount Pleasant Girls' School
- Since 1985
- English, Urdu
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 41 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Baig
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Baig: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me drama in 2000 at Mount Pleasant Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

You taught me drama in 2000 at Mount Pleasant Girls' School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
