Ms. Babu
Home economics and environmental science teacher, Nagpur
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Lakeview Public School
- Since 1990
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Babu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me home economics in 2000 at Lakeview Public School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
