Ms. Ayele
14 years teaching physics in Hawassa
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Hawassa Technical College
- Since 1978
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 48 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 860 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ayele: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 1995. I remember you. Greetings from Manchester.

I'm a teacher now and I honestly think it started in your classroom! Truly.

You taught me physics in 2020 at Hawassa Technical College. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
