I taught drama at Hillcrest Middle School in Bahir Dar from 2007 to 2015. Most days I taught Year 10, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
