Ms. Ávila
Teacher at San Diego Boys' School, loves French
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Boys' School
- Since 2002
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Ms. Ávila
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me French in 2024 at San Diego Boys' School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
