Ms. Athumani
Taught environmental science at Lakeview Girls' School
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Lakeview Girls' School
- 2009 to 2019
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Ms. Athumani
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Athumani: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
